Being a sustainable brand we only make on order and work on reducing wastage. 

Hence, we have a zero cancellation policy.

However, in case of a size issue, we are happy to exchange the same style to another size. iIn such cases customer has to courier the product to company address.

RETURN:

We are working hard to provide you the latest fashion at affordable rates with best quality fabric. If you didn’t like the product or it’s not up to your expectations, simply intimate Miraesta team within 12 hours of delivery time. Our team will contact you to start return process. Return process will take 10-15 working days after initialization of the return process.

*We do not have an exchange policy.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:

 Return request needs to be placed within 12 hours of the delivery date.

 Your Order will be picked-up within 2-3 working days after we approve your request.

 All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and return with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted.

 The refund is subject to your returns met the above conditions else returns will not be accepted and sent back to you.

The entire Return Process, from 'raising the request till the refund is initiated’ might take up to 10-15 working days.

In case you receive a damaged / defective product, return request under ‘Product Damaged’ category should be placed within 12 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to attach a photograph of the damaged / defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

COD Charges (Rs.60) are non-refundable.

Rs.100 will be charged for Reverse Shipping Charges for all the Refund Methods. (effective from 01.04.2021.)

NOTE: Any Discount applied while placing the order, will be deducted from the discounted refund amount.

MODE OF REFUND

 Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the store credit. Once we receive the product, the amount will be reflected in the next 5 hours.

 COD Orders: The amount will be refunded to the store credit. Once we receive the product, the amount will be reflected in the next 5 hours.

 *Store Credits will be credited to your Miraesta Clothing wallet within 5 hours after the order has been received by us.
